FEX File für MICRO

Hi,

I'm looking for a working script.fex or script.bin file for the Olinuxino Micro. I have seen several versions of the file and I'm a bit confused about the "dram_io_width" and "dram_bus_width" parameters. I think I have seen fex files with
  dram_io_width = 8
  dram_bus_width = 16
for the MICRO board. But I think the MICRO board has only one DRAM chip with 16 bit bus width. So, is the above configuration correct or should there be 16 for both parameters.

Is this important for booting the kernel? Because my kernel gets stuck at "Starting kernel..." and I'm looking for the reason.

BTW. has anybody the earlyprintk option successfully enabled?
