Help updating image on A13 WIFI board

Can't seem to make livesuit work on Windows7. I can't get the board to boot into boot mode it keeps coming up "unknown device"

I realize I was not very specific. I believe I am following the instructions for LiveSuit:
1. disconnect all power( power supply and USB)
2. Start LiveSuit
3. Press and hold Home button
4. Connect power and USB.
5. release Home button.

I have found the answer to my own question. It appears that the version of LiveSuit in the Wiki only works with 32Bit version of windows. I had to search the web for LiveSuit 1.09 to get drivers that would work with Windows 7 Ultimate x64. I would post a link, but I had to go to so many places to find one that would load for me I am not sure I remember where I got the version that finally worked.
