ModRTC2 availability

Apparently the ModRTC2 based on DS3231 is and will likely remain unavailable for long time, since the part seems unavailable and probably needs a replacement such as DS3232.

Can please Olimex inform about the module planned availability and eventual update ?

Yes i see although the chip seems to be more of less out of life cycle too, DS3232 could do instead, am i mistaken ?
