Connecting AM3354 instead of AM3352

Hello everyone.

I have an Olimex AM3352 SOM module. But my AM3352 is broken.
I was change it with AM3354. I write image in sd card. I see only "ccc" on uart.
Can you help me this issue?

I am not sure how can we help with that. "CCC" printed is very generic symptom of problem that can happen due to hundreds of reasons, it basically means that the chip is looking for boot medium - it can be bad image, bad card, bad SD card connector, etc, etc. Something else might have been broken it is rare to have the chip break, usually other parts of the board go first. Also replacing a chip like AM3352 in that package is not an easy task and success rate is not 100% - anything might have went wrong replacing the chip.

Does this card need to boot with the default image file you provided? Because there is no AM3352 on the card anymore, there is AM3354.

The chip was passed through the xray device while installing. For this reason, we are sure that the pins are soldered.

Well, we use the same image for AM3359 chip. We have variant of AM3352-SOM named AM3359-SOM that only has different chip and we never changed the Linux image specifically for it.
