Serial in UEXT connector

I would like to use the serial interface in the UEXT connector (Pico pins 28, 29) to log debug messages to a RaspberryPi connected to it.

I am looking for an example on how to configure and use pins 28 & 29 of the Pico as serial interface from the Arduino IDE.
