Android + A13 wifi + PL-2303

Anyone help me

Board : A13-OLinuXino-WIFI
OS : Android 4.0.4
PL-2303HXD USB to UART cable (Prolific)

I connect board with PL-2303HXD cable through USB and run "ap_PL2303HXDSimpleTest.apk"(provide by Prolific)
app run success but display message "no more devices found", and PL-2303HXD not work

how can I fix this problem?

You might want to check in a shell if a ttyUSB0 device is created when you plug in your PL-2303, and if the permissions are set correctly (in doubt, set to 666).
