UART to USB Adapter for A13?

Hey guys,
i am looking for an UART to USB adapter and do not really know whether i could use some based on this chip: https://www.sparkfun.com/datasheets/IC/cp2102.pdf I need one to debug the booting process. Here is a link to a sample Adapter: http://www.amazon.de/dp/B008RF73CS

Does it fit to the UART voltage level the A13 has? I have not done anything with UART until now and thats why I have to ask.
