Hi, I have an Arduino Due and I thought to buy a shield EKG/EMG. Are there problems of hardware incompatibility (I mean the problem of 3.3V tolerant of Arduino Due pins)?  What is the functioning of 3.3/5 V jumper(why I would choose one or another)? and of REF_E Jumper?

Some boards provide 5V. We give the option to use the shield with main boards that provide 3.3V or main boards that provide 5V.

In the Arduino Due case, you should choose 3.3V.

and of REF_E Jumper?

The REF_E jumper is used when stacking more than one SHIELD-EKG-EMG (if you want more channels). If you use just one shield it should be closed (REF_E enabled). It controls the referential voltage.
