Adding RCA Video Input to Gameduino MOD-VGA-32MB

Is it possible to include RCA (PAL/NTSC) video input/Output to Gameduino MOD-VGA-32MB then we can use it as OSD (ON Screen Display) in FPV systems currently there are no products available to DIY UAV community which can offer color high resolution OSD

In this youtube video below guys somehow overlay Gameduino output to some video background but they didn't provide any detail
