QT Creator cross compiling

Hello I am new to A13 olinuxino and QT Creator. I try to cross compile my QT Creator files but there are too many not understandable information on the internet. I installed buildroot because somewhere in the forum someone said that its easier with the buildroot but I'm stuck right now. Can someone help me about this with or without using buildroot.
