Xibo

Hi all

I've been trying to get Xibo working on my A10s. I followed instructions for compiling chromium & libavg for Raspberry (http://rpiserver.breggen.nl:8080/building_xibo.html) with modifications for allwinner specs. Everything compiles right now, but libavg doesn't it's job: running a hello world application shows a black screen for a moment, but after that the programs just stops without an error message. I know it's rather a libavg on ARM question, but maybe someone else on this forum is putting efforts into getting Xibo working on a A10. It would be great to turn a A10 into a full blown digital signage player..

I'v managed to get Xibo working, but - as expected - everything's rendered by software and thus very slow. JPEG images are shown fine, but movies and the more complex libavg examples are impossible. Next step was compiling libavg with egl support. That worked out, but starting a libavg py gives me an X window system error. For hardware decoded video, I was trying to use the new sunxi vdpau implementation, but even the mplayer example didn't work. Anybody else trying similar things?
