Keyboard on android (SDCARD image)

hi ,
i use a wireless keyboard and mouse connected to an A10S card throught a USB hub,
when i boot on linux , all is OK, the mouse and the keyboard works well , when i boot on android image , only the mouse is ok , the keyboard doesn't works ....
do i missed something ?

NB i try to compile the nand image using the sdk without success
EDIT : i think there is no need to compile, may be just add a generic.kl as described here http://source.android.com/devices/tech/input/key-layout-files.html
