Hello
I have SIM700D device.
I have problem with communication.
1. I used TCP after send 1~10kbit received ERROR for all AT commands.
See:
11:36:55.92
GSM:RX=>
GSM started send data...
GSM:RX=SEND OK
GSM:TX=AT+CIPSEND=72
GSM:RX=>
GSM started send data...
   11:36:56.106
GSM:RX=SEND OK
GSM:TX=AT+CIPSEND=38
GSM:RX=ERROR
GSM:TX=AT+CIPCLOSE
GSM:RX=ERROR
GSM:TX=AT
GSM:RX=ERROR

2. In case when I have EEROR I try to reset device.
By using powerkey (1.5sec in 0) or by CPOWD. After that wake up by powerkey (1sec in 0). Then  I have same problem.
GSM:TX=AT+CPOWD=1 or POWERKEY = 0 for 1.5 sec
GSM:RX=NORMAL POWER DOWN

wait 10sec

POWERKEY = 0 for 1sec
Wait 5sec
GSM:TX=AT
GSM:RX=ERROR

The both of this issues are recovered after hard reset.

Can I recovered without hard reset?
Why device return EEPROM for all AT commands?
