customize image

Hi,
i have a few questions about customizing device , i am using a13.tar.gz (lichee, android 4.0.3)

1- i set PE03 as pull up and high from u-boot, but when android starts to boot it turns to input ?   
is there a file for initial values of GPIO while device booting.

2- how can i customize default home screen settings and build with this settings (like remove camera widget, and add settings widget, change default wallpaper)

3- serial no is always unknown. how can i change it to something like "0001111252"
