What are the Eagle settings for A13 Olinuxino WIFI Rev E?

Hi,
I recently bought a A13 Olinuxino WIFI board with 7" touchscreen LCD
and am trying to run a DRC check on the A13 Olinuxino WIFI Rev E .brd
I found on github.

However, DRC fails with over 9000 errors:
Clearance
Dimension
Overlap
Width

What are the correct Eagle DRC settings for this board ?
