OLIMEXINO-STM32 using embedded FLASH without JTAG attached

I have OLIMEXINO-STM32 RevE. If I connect the JTAG debugger everything is fine while if I detouch it I'm not able to see the processor continuing execution.

I don't see PullUps on JTAGs signals: can this be the reason why the processor stops?

Can you give us some more info - how do you power the board; what debugger and what code are you using... Are you sure you are storing the code in the right memory?
