IMX28 EVK and ARM-USB-TINY-H

Check voltages of the 2 items.  If compatible then all should work.  There may be an OpenOCD config but if not then probably not hard to make one.

Pick any IDE you like that works with what you have - ask Freescale people what they use if you've no idea.  Eclipse with gdb (and gcc) & OpenOCD is an often used combination.

If it's an ARM chip then you've lots you might use, just go see which you like.  google is useful...

Hey there,

What JohnS said - ARM-USB-TINY-H is an OpenOCD debugger so it is generally advised to use OpenOCD.

I've seen reports of people who had used OpenOCD successfully with iMX28 so there should be some work done already.

You can also use IAR EW for ARM with every Olimex OpenOCD debugger. I believe IAR and Rowley has examples for iMX28 EVK.
