Zigbee communication problem

Hy Guys,

Can someone, please, point me in the right direction to communicate to uext zigbee and 32u4 board via serial command???
I have used 19200,n,8,1 with no luck.
I wish to know, if possible, the list of available commands, both for coordinator and end device.
