UEXT power draw limit on A20 LIME board when used with a battery

Does anyone know the power draw limitation for UEXT modules with A20 LIME board?
I am using UEXT module with LTR501 light sensor and proximity sensor with build in LED driver.
I checked schema for the LTR501 UEXT module, it has a current limiting inductor rated to 250mA.
My question is is it possible to draw  upto 250mA with UEXT modules (in general) when using with 4400mAh battery?
I am planning to use built-in LED driver to drive additional 4 LED's @ 50mA each. Would that work?
