AVR-JTAG-USB-A don`t work under Windows 8.1

AVR-JTAG-USB-A driver don`t work under Windows 8.1 and AVR Studio 4.19. I understand that ATMEL does not support this product in AVR Studio 5 and ATMEL Studio 6!
How I proceed ? Need some help !!

Did you try installing the driver, bypassing the MS moans about certificates and similar?

YES ,installation has no problems!!! But  AVR-JTAG-USB-A can`t connect to Atmel 128 !

I think you need to be more careful what you write and write more detail because so far it's too brief and hard to understand.

If you can avoid Windows 8 that would also be a good idea.
