PIC-MICRO-WEB dhcp fails when using cisco dhcp router

Hi,

Watching the IP traffic with wire shark I can see that the bootp/DHCP request is sent by the PIC-MICRO-WEB but it never seems to get a response from the cisco router.

When debugging the cisco router it reports that it has already seen this request from this MAC, so I changed the MAC but still no DHCP offer.

Anyone experience issues with cisco dhcp.  It works ok with all the other devices on the network.

Additional testing indicates that DHCP is successful when a Billion BiPAC 7800N is used as the DHCP server.

Still no luck with the Cisco Router.
