I2C - A20 SOM

i have some problem with i2c on A20-SOM
i get to use i2c-tool
i2cdetect works correctly and i can test some device with i2cget on RTC but to use i2c library i cannot find /dev/i2c.
some Idea ?
I need to install lib2c-dev but i've not internet on my board
