XDS100 V3 unable to install drivers

Hello,

I hope somebody can help me.
For my new TMS320F28377D I bought a XDS100 V3.
Unfortunately I am not able to install the usb drivers.
I have already downloaded the latest EMU Pack and tried
it to install manually, without success.
Does someone have an idea?
