How to use Multiple ARM USB JATG programmers on one PC at a time

I have a use case where i need to connect multiple ARM USB JTAG to single computer & use them to programm multiple boards at a time. Can you suggest if we can do it with the device that we are using.
does it allow to change VID, PID run time to make this task easier
