PAL/NTSC activated in Adroid images?

Hello people,

i know, that on the Olimex boards, there is no Hardware to output the PAL/NTSC signal from the A20.
But i could add this hardware on a adapter PCB.
So i want to ask, if this output is active on the Android images?

wrong you can take the signal from the board and connect to a tv, only need capacitors for the audio not the video
