A20 Micro / 7" LCD inverse color problem

Hi,

I am using A20 micro 4GB, with jessie image and i bought a 40 pin 7" lcd with ts. I have connected to board and set the script file. It works at correct resolution but i have inverse color problem on desktop. I have tried "xcalib -i -a" command to invert color, however there is no change.
