UEXT - LARGE EEPROM

For PIC-Series, please have a UEXT with larger EEPROM >128000
this allows us to perform logging and other activities.
Also we can dump the webpages there and have more logic in our C code
without eating up FLASH by having the Firmware+web into the FLASH.
