Alternative A13-SDK Sources

Hello All,

I'm not sure who would be capable of doing this, as I'm rather new around here, but I'm interested in looking at the A13-SDK located at this link:

However, it says that too many people have downloaded this file and that I have to wait 24 hours.  Would anyone who already has the file be kind enough to upload it either to github or some other file service?
