Driver issue with ARM-USB-OCD-H

I had some problems with ARM-USB-TINY-H (Openocd) and got a ARM_USB-OCD-H instead but haven't been able to install the drivers. I'm using a PC with some safety restrictions where non-signed drivers are not allowed.
I have followed the instruction in the readme file for driver installation but I always end up with Windows preventing me from installing due to non-signed driver.
The options in Windows to de-activate the signed driver requirements are not available to me.
Does this mean that I can't use the ARM_USB-OCD-H?

Probably.

Also, you won't be able to use other similar devices so far as I know.

Maybe dual-boot Linux so whoever put that restriction in place won't be involved.

You should be able to install signed drivers via Zadig installer. Please follow the driver installation instructions via Zadig on pages 17 and 18 of the user's manual that is available here:
