CAD module of the SHIELD-EKG-EMG

Hi all together,

I'm currently working for my biomedical engineering project to produce a case of ECG module through 3D printing.
It is also constructed with the SHIELD-EKG-EMG, which I have received from the Technische Universität of Berlin.

Right now I'm working with Autodesk Fusion 360 to construct my case. Therefore it would be amazingly helpful, if you could support my construction, by sending an F3D or STEP file format of the SHIELD-EKG-EMG. I am using the Revision E, June 2014 from the PDF.
I am really grateful for your help and I'm looking for your answer.
