olimex driver issue

hello, I have a question regarding olimex driver issue on windows machine.
I've multiple devices and need to use a host machine to test all of them. It went well until recently. The device driver are installed correctly (at least windows does not report any issue however, our internal tool can't find the device). I tried to uninstall/re-install but no luck. I saw this issue on another machine a while ago as well. Would like to dig deeper this time. I hope you guys can help. The same hardware works well on another windows machine so it is definitely a software issue. Thanks

FT_FLAGS (see FT_DEVICE_LIST_INFO_NODE) FT_FLAGS_OPENED = 0x00000001
 
Type = x03 means FT_DEVICE_UNKNOWN.
The ok one is FT_DEVICE_2232H = 6 which is correct.

What Olimex-made device exactly do you have? Did you check the manual?
