ARM-USB-OCD not recognized error in OpenOCD

I am having problems using ARM-USB-OCD with OpenOCD. When connecting, the device is not recognized or shows a connection error. Tried checking the driver and reinstalling but it didn't help. Has anyone encountered this error and has a solution? Thanks!

How did you install the driver? Is it via Zadig? What operating system do you use?
