need of 10 analog input 10 analog output fast processing solution

Hi!

I'm looking for a shield or a board allowing to have
10 analog inputs, 100ksps mini, 12bits, fast ADC conversion (2us) or synchronous sampling
10 analog outputs, 44khz, 12bits, fast DAC conversion (2us) or synchronous conversion
4Mo or 8Mo memory for data processing.
And if possible as easy to use as an Arduino board 
Could you please suggest me a product or a set of products?
