PCA9685, Adafruit platform detect and Adafruit Blinka

Hello

Just wanted to share that I have been successful in integrating Olimex A20 Lime 2 board with the Adafruit Platform Detect and Blinka libraries.

So that opens up a few more prospects on how the board can be used.
